Resident Wellness GrantsSupporting the health, well-being, and resilience of Pennsylvania's osteopathic residents. POMA is committed to creating and providing opportunities for open dialogue regarding personal well-being at all levels of the osteopathic profession. We promote osteopathic mental health and well-being through a grant program sponsored by POMA and funded by the POMA Foundation. Resident Wellness Grants are a celebrated philanthropic activity of the POMA Foundation. In 2025, more than $25,000 was awarded to fund 51 resident wellness activities across Pennsylvania.
